Hunter Valley Wine Tours

Hunter Valley Taxico specialise in small group wine tasting tours for friends, family or corporate groups staying in local B&B's and Resorts throughout the Hunter Valley Wine Region. When you hire our services it's your tour, and within reason you decide where and for how long you stay. Our stretch limousine seats 8 passengers in the rear cabin and one up front. In addition to our Silver Service fleet we have Mini-Vans to seat 2 -13 passengers. You can create your own itinerary or try some of our suggested packages.

PLEASE NOTE: Lunch venues should be booked ahead of your tour date as the weekends can be very congested. We can help arrange lunch and dinner packages with your tour.

To help you with your wine tasting experience our Wine Tour Coordinators, Derek and David have many years experience, Derek as Cellar Door Manager and David as an Assistant Winemaker. To arrange private tastings we do need as much notice as possible.

"At Your Service!" Package

This package can be one or two days, we pick you up at your Newcastle/Central Coast or Sydney location and transfer you to the Hunter in our super stretch Limousine or comfortable minibuses.  All private tastings are arranged by us and we will provide advice on lunch and dinner venues and arrange bookings.  We liaise with you to book the style of accommodation suitable to your taste and budget. A typical weekend would be;  pickup Friday night, Wine Tasting on Saturday,  Dinner Saturday night,  Wine Tasting/sightseeing/galleries Sunday morning, return home Sunday afternoon.  The itinerary is unique to your group, our staff work with you to create a weekend of pleasure and fun.  Other activities we can arrange in this package include early morning Hot Air Balloon flights and pampering at a day spa.  This package needs to be booked well in advance. Platinum Package

You have total control of your itinerary. We help you select the vineyards - boutique, small, specialist or commercial. We arrange lunch venues, be it picnic, light meal or full gourmet delight. Travel in style in a 9 seater stretch limo or comfortable minibus. Hire us for minimum of 4 hours, to your requirement.

Gold Package

The Gold Package is a 5 hour to all day  tour  visiting 5- 6 wineries, a mix of boutique specialist and commercial winemakers, with a short lunch break*
(NB* Please note food cost not inclusive.).
Price varies depending on group size and length of tour.

Silver Package

The Silver Package is a 4 hour tour*, visiting 3-4 wineries, a mix of boutique specialist and commercial winemakers.
Price varies depending on group size.  (NB* The tour can be shortened, but a minimum 4hour fee is charged.)
